7. Troubleshooting

7.1. License

Machine does not recognize the license:

If you see this error message, follow these steps:

1. Check for a license on the localhost:

   Open the license management tool on the local machine and verify whether a valid license is present.
2. If the localhost is not available:

   Install the Sentinel Runtime Environment RTE.

3. If no licenses are listed:

   • Verify that you have a connection to the company license server.

   • Locate the license file.

   • Make sure you have correctly applied the V2C file you received.

7.2. Vendor lib

Vendor lib cannot be found:

This error can happen when applying a *.V2C file and the TOPOFLIGHT vendor library is not installed.

1. Download and unpack the RTE

2. Install it with command prompt: haspdinst_83060.exe -i

3. Try adding the *.V2C file again.
